Cougar Tracks, WSU Tri-Cities Continuing Education, invites winery teams, hospitality professionals, and wine enthusiasts to an immersive workshop exploring the art and science of food and wine pairing.
Led by renowned wine consultant Reggie Daigneault, this 4-hour session blends guided tastings, hands-on pairing exercises, and storytelling strategies designed to elevate professional service, hospitality experiences, and personal wine appreciation.

St Patrick’s at The Prosser House
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! 🎶☘️ That’s right, St. Patrick’s Day is upon us! 🇮🇪🌈
☘️ Friday March 13th. Get ready for the fun as we will start at happy hour with plenty of $5 pints of green beer, $1 off any shot from our extensive list of Irish whiskey, and $5 Blarney shots. $1 off all our beers of Ireland: Guinness, Smithwick’s & Harp Lager. We will have a complete menu of all Ireland-inspired appetizers and some of our dinner favorites available.
🍺 On Saturday March 14th, we transform the Prosser House into a festive Irish pub. We will have our complete St. Patrick’s themed menu on offer with all your favorites (fish & chips, bangers & mash, Irish stew & soda bread, seafood stew, colcannon & more).
🌈 On Sunday, we will either give our liver a rest or continue the celebration with green beer, corned beef & cabbage pizza, and Irish stew at Gray’s Pizza in Grandview.
🧡 On Monday, March 16th, we will continue all day in the tradition of our Irish pub offering as we get warmed up for the big day tomorrow!
💚 Tuesday March 17th! The big day is finally here, that day of the year that everyone is Irish! Come join us to celebrate our Irishness! Open from 11 AM ’til we turn green!
