Les Greene & The Swayzees on the Patio at WIT Cellars

Illustrated singer logo for Les Greene & The Swayzees

Les Greene, the voice of Little Richard in the recent “Elvis” movie and Grammy nominated soundtrack. With his band The Swayzees, vibrantly bring you a powerful force of roots rock n soul. With a high energy twist on the genre all while staying true to its sound this is the unique yet recognizable spin that music needs right now and hasn’t seen in some time.

One of the best entertainers of his time, waiting for the rest of the world to experience his natural born gift.
In the rich tapestry of music, few genres resonate as deeply and universally as soul. It’s a genre that speaks directly to the heart, tapping into emotions with its poignant lyrics, infectious rhythms, and impassioned vocal performances. And within the realm of soul music, one name stands out for his ability to captivate audiences with his soul-stirring melodies and heartfelt lyrics: Les Greene.

At the core of Greene’s music lies a deep reverence for the traditions of soul, but he’s never been one to simply replicate the sounds of the past. Instead, he infuses his music with a modern sensibility, blending elements of R&B, funk, and jazz to create a sound that feels both timeless and fresh. His songs are a testament to the enduring power of soul music – a celebration of love, loss, and the human experience.

Beyond his talent as a solo artist, Greene is also known for his dynamic live performances. Whether he’s commanding the stage with his soulful voice and blistering guitar solos or leading a tight-knit band through a funky groove, Greene is a consummate entertainer, capable of captivating audiences with his boundless energy and magnetic stage presence. His live shows are a testament to the transformative power of music – a shared experience that brings people together and leaves them uplifted and inspired.

Les Greene has energy, enthusiasm, and dance moves somewhere between James Brown and Elvis. He was — and remains — a tornado of energy onstage, both vocally and physically. — MIAMI NEW TIMES

Summer Dean Band with Stoney Lonesome On the Patio at WIT Cellars

Woman in cowboy hat holding beer can poster

Who doesn’t need a mid-week music boost!  This is the first in our outdoor concert series – and we’re thrilled to have Summer Dean and her GREAT band play for us.  (She’ll also be playing Jackalope Jamboree in Pendleton this weekend.)

Summer Dean puts on a hell-of-a show. Armed with three albums, constant tours, and a hot five-piece band behind her, Summer struts onto every stage with the confidence and vulnerability of a songstress that has cemented her place among the top rank Texas tunesmiths. Her live show takes the concert goer on a ride of original songs blending bravado, vulnerability, and a novelist’s eye for detail. Whether with her full band or all by herself, listeners and watchers are treated to an authentic, funny, and honest storyteller performing her way into legendary status.

Opening the show is Tri-Cities own Stoney Lonesome Band…playing some country tunes, a mix of originals and covers. They will be playing between 6 and 7 – so some early, get your food and drinks and ENJOY!

A Year with Frog and Toad Kids

Poster for A Year With Frog and Toad Kids

This weekend, the 1st–5th graders of the Princess Spotlight Academy are ready to charm you in this production directed by Amy Milne.

Based on Arnold Lobel’s beloved books, this show features a jazzy, upbeat score that bubbles with melody. Part vaudeville and part make-believe, it follows two great friends–the cheerful, popular Frog, and the rather grumpy Toad–through four fun-filled seasons. Waking from hibernation, Frog and Toad plant gardens, swim, rake leaves, go sledding and learn life lessons along the way. Throughout the year, two best friends celebrate and rejoice in the differences that make them unique and special.

Doors Open an Hour before performance.

Tickets: $12 • Included with Princess Pass.
