Registration Fee: $149.00 (includes food, wine, and sensory materials)
* Must be 21+ to attend. Alcohol will be served as part of this workshop.

Cougar Tracks, WSU Tri-Cities Continuing Education, invites winery teams, hospitality professionals, and wine enthusiasts to an immersive workshop exploring the art and science of food and wine pairing.

Led by renowned wine consultant Reggie Daigneault, this 4-hour session blends guided tastings, hands-on pairing exercises, and storytelling strategies designed to elevate professional service, hospitality experiences, and personal wine appreciation.

PART 1: Wine Walk | $40
Check-in at 11 AM at WIT Cellars (Vintner’s Village)
Once checked in, participants will receive 4 tokens and be assigned a tasting team. Each team will walk to each of the 4 participating wineries for wine tasting to buy a bottle or to use a token to taste. Every unused token returned = $10 donated to the Princess Theatre.
Participating wineries include Wit Cellars, Thurston Wolfe Winery, Evergreen Family Wines, and Coyote Canyon Winery.
PART 2: Wine Walk After-Party | $35
Join us at WIT Cellars, immediately following the Walk
Your ticket includes a full buffet & non-alcoholic beverages. Additional alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. There will be door prizes, interactive games, trivia, and a silent auction.

Bourbon and Bellows is back to “Laissez les bons temps rouler” (Let the good times roll), just in time for Mardi Gras on Tuesday, February 17! Bringing the party with horns, classic New Orleans tunes, and that B&B swagger, you won’t want to miss this tribute to the best of the Big Easy. The evening’s all inclusive package includes a fully catered Cajun feast by The Prosser House, special seasonal drinks (hurricanes, anyone?), 2nd line marching, and many more surprises. Celebrate Fat Tuesday in a way you won’t soon forget!
Doors open 6 PM, music starts 7 PM.
Tickets are $60 each, and include your meal. This event is limited to ages 21+.
