Tirriddis Sparkling Wines

Cozy winery tasting room with tables and decorations.

Tirriddis is a Washington State traditional method sparkling wine winery located in Prosser, Washington. Founded in 2021 by Andrew Gerow, Gabriel Crowell, and Matthew Doutney, three graduates of Washington State Universities Viticulture & Enology program. We are happily working hard to pioneer & curate Washington’s sparkling identity.

Our name, Tirriddis, comes from Tirage, Riddle, and Disgorge – the three steps to naturally produce sparkling wines. Focused solely on this traditional method, we proudly implement ground-breaking and unique “non-traditional” styles to emphasize Washington’s world class growing environment. In addition to wine quality, sustainability within the community and our environment is very important to us as we strive to help represent and push forward the future of Washington wine.

NW WINE COLLABORATIVE was created from years of experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, great friendships and partners throughout Washington State. Making wine requires a tremendous amount of collaboration; from the vineyard to the winery to your glass. Our relationships over the years will serve us well, making classic, well-balanced and food-friendly wines.

Our mission is to collaborate with amazing growers and winemakers to produce small lot wines that are buzzworthy, well-priced and simply delicious.

Milbrandt Vineyards

Outdoor patio with wooden pergola and tables.

Milbrandt Vineyards are concentrated in the Wahluke Slope (AVA established in 2006) and the Ancient Lakes of the Columbia Valley (AVA established in 2012 with the help of Butch and Jerry). The high elevation (up to 1,475ft) and shallow soils of the Columbia Valley make it an unassuming and distinctly beautiful place to grow grapes. Both growing areas share the same low rainfall and long sunny days during the growing season, yet each area has very distinct terroir. Wahluke Slope is especially ideal for red wines and Ancient Lakes for white wines. Butch and Jerry were careful about matching the right variety to the right site. Known as some of the best growers in the state, Butch and Jerry’s fruit is amongst the most sought after in Washington.

Mercer Wine Estates

People enjoying wine at Mercer wine tasting room.

Since planting the first wine grapes in the Horse Heaven Hills back in 1972, the Mercer family has prided itself on growing a solid base of the Cabernet Sauvignon varietal. Over the years, we have learned that our rich soil and desert climate are beautifully suited for producing elegant tannin structures and enticing flavor profiles. The ability to grow exceptional wine grapes eventually led to the first vintage from Mercer Estates Winery located in Prosser WA in 2005. Today, we still produce mouth-watering Cabernet Sauvignons as well as world class red blends and single varietal wines.
