Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The Prosser Beer & Whiskey Festival is a 21+ event. ID is required to enter the event.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is ample parking available at the Wine and Food Park area, with a large gravel lot on the south side of Lee Road.  DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. A shuttle service is available to and from all local lodging options. Uber is now active in the Prosser area as well as other taxi services.

What can I bring into the event?
Bring yourselves, your ID, sunscreen, and your lawn chairs if you wish. No outside food or drinks are allowed- come prepared to purchase from our wonderful vendors.

What is the refund policy?
No refunds after tickets are purchased.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Bringing your printed ticket makes things a little easier – but if you forget it at home, don't sweat it. Bring your ID and we will be able to look you up on our will call list.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
You can transfer your ticket to another person if you do it in advance of the event. In order to transfer your ticket you can email info@prosserchamber.org or by calling the Chamber at 509-786-3177

What is included with my General Admission ticket to the event?
Your $40 General Admission includes your entrance to the event, a commemorative event glass, and all tasting during the General Admission hours (6pm-10pm). You also have access to the cigar lounge, awesome live music, and a wide variety of excellent food vendors.

What is included with my VIP ticket to the event?
Your $75 VIP ticket gets you in to the event at 5pm for an hour of VIP only tastings with our breweries and distilleries. You’ll receive a commemorative event glass, an event t-shirt, a swag bag, and exclusive access to the Milne Fruit VIP Lounge and the VIP porta-potties. You also have access to the cigar lounge, awesome live music, and a wide variety of excellent food vendors.

Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
General Admission will be available at the gate, but is an additional $10 ($50 instead of the pre-purchase price of $40). VIP tickets may ONLY be purchased in advance; they will NOT be available at the gate.

Do we have to purchase tokens?
No! New for the 2017 event, all tastings are now included in your admission price, so you do not have to purchase tokens to enjoy your evening. Food vendors and the cigar vendor will accept cash and some will accept cards.

Is there food on site?
Yes. In addition to the many wonderful breweries and distilleries at the event, we have a wide variety of food vendors. Enjoy Cajun? Prefer Mexican? BBQ your thing? They are all on site! All food vendors will accept cash, and some will accept card for purchases.

This event is in August, is there shade?
Yes! Two large 60 x 100 tents will be set up with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the shade while listening to our live band and enjoying the craft brews and spirits. The event site also has a number of trees along the west side, which provide shade in the afternoon and evening.
