DESCRIPTION:The Prosser Chamber of Commerce invites you to join in the festivities for an Old-Fashioned 4th of July Celebration and a commemoration of America’s 250th Birthday!  \nThe celebration is held this year in conjunction with the Prosser Farmer’s Market\, and is planned to be a day packed full of family fun including: \nProsser Farmer’s Market on Sommers Street\n•	Extended hours from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM \nShow n’ Shine Car Show at Prosser City Park\n•	Registration: 8:00 AM\n•	Show Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM \nProclamation\, 9:30 am at the Benton County Courthouse\nProsser Mayor Gary Vegar and Commissioner Micheal Alvarez commemorate America 250\, as well as the Centennial of the Benton County Courthouse building in Prosser.  \nKiddie Parade Downtown\, 10:30 am at the Benton County Courthouse\nKids are encouraged to display their patriotic spirit by decorating bikes\, wagons\, or other entries. Staging at 10:00am\, no pre-registration required. Prizes will be awarded\, with the Miss Prosser court judging the participants for best decorations. AJW and Windermere Realty will hand out small gifts to parade participants. Parade runs from the Courthouse to Prosser City Park. \nBingo in the Park beginning at 10:00am \nwith the Prosser Senior Citizens Club \nOld Fashioned Games in the Park at 11:00 am with the Prosser Boy Scouts \nSylvan Stage Entertainment beginning at 11:30 am\n•	Founding Father’s reenactment with signing of the Declaration\, by the Prosser Community Volunteers\n•	Flag Raising\n•	Prosser Community Band \nLittle Miss Prosser Pageant on Sylvan Stage beginning at 1:00 pm \nFood and Refreshments\nProsser Rotary Club Hamburger Stand\nMama’s Java\nAnd more Farmer’s Market food vendors!  \nDon’t miss the Prosser Rotary Fireworks Show!\nThe day will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display\, sponsored by the Prosser Rotary Club at the Prosser High School sports fields. DESCRIPTION:States Day Celebrating 99 years of Community in Prosser with New and Old Traditions \nProsser’s oldest community event\, “States Day” will be held on Monday\, September 7th 2026\, and offers something for the whole family.  Kicking off the day is the Grand Parade which starts at 10:00am.
