Cooking Class with Fast & Curious

Join us Wednesday, November 5th at 5 PM at Purple Star Winery for another delicious evening in our Fast & Curryous series — this time featuring Butter Chicken! This class is part demo, part hands-on — a relaxed, engaging experience where you will learn to prepare this flavorful classic. You’ll learn how to build deep flavor with aromatic Indian spices, create tender, creamy butter chicken from scratch & pair it perfectly with Washington wine. Your ticket includes: A chef-led cooking demonstration and mini hands-on experience, dinner featuring Butter Chicken, rice, and accompaniments, a glass of wine to enjoy during class, & a take-home bottle of the same wine, plus the recipe so you can recreate the dish at home.
